Our Services
Soil Testing
- Comprehensive mechanical, physical, and chemical analysis of diverse soil types to support geotechnical design and material suitability including Consolidation, Tri-axial, Direct Shear, Swell pressure and Chemical related Testing.
Aggregate Testing
- Full-spectrum testing for concrete and asphalt aggregates, special test like Alkali reactivity, Petrographic Analysis, Polished Stone Value including export-grade evaluations for strength, durability, and compliance.
Concrete Testing
- Evaluation of fresh and hardened concrete properties with durability testing (RCPT, WPT, ISAT, Water Absorption, Chloride Migration) under environmental stressors. Fresh Concrete Mix-Designs as per the relevant specifications.
Construction Material Testing
- Quality checks for Cement, Micro-Silica, Flyash, GGBS, Paving Blocks, Masonary Blocks,Tiles, Kerbs, Marble, Granite Stone, Admixure, Steel Rebar and Water to ensure architectural and structural compliance.
Asphalt Mix Testing
- Design and performance testing (Marshall Stability, Flow, Air Voids, VFB, VMA, Density) for BWC/BBC mixes, including prime, tack coat and bitumen testing evaluations for pavement integrity (Sand Patch, Rutting Analysis)
Field Testing
- On-site compaction verification using Sand cone, Nuclear Density Gauge (NDG), Electrical Density Gauge (EDG), Plate load tests (Static, Cyclic & Dynamic), IN-SITU, CBR, and DCPT for foundation and Subgrade validation.
Rock Testing
- Advanced diagnostics including UCS, Point Load Index, Decrepitation Index, Rock Shear, Micro-Deval, Slake Durability, Armoor Rock (Grading, Shape Index, Drop Index) and porosity assessments for structural and mineralogical applications.
Site Laboratory & QA/QC
- Deployment of site-specific labs for real-time quality control, and turnkey project support for large-scale projects including equipment supply and technical support.
Structural Evaluation & NDT
- Non Destructive Testing of Reinforced Concrete Structures (RCC) to assess the Strength, Soundness, Corrosion and Lifecycle Extension Potential (LEP) including Core Test, Half-Cell Potential, UPSV, Rebound Hammer, Cover Meter and Chemical Analysis, Load Testing including settlement monitoring.
Deep Foundation Testing
- Integrity testing of piles and deep foundation elements for seismic resilience and high-load applications. Additionally, Solar Panel Foundation Testing (Lateral Load, Pullout Load, Compression Load)
